Nicola Lattanzi is full professor of Management and Strategy at IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca, where he teaches Business Strategy and Management for Complex Systems. He serves the School as Delegate for Innovation and Relations with Institutions and Enterprises (third mission).

At IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca prof. Nicola Lattanzi studies the implications and perspectives of the neuroscientific approach in management and business strategies. He teaches Strategy and Governance of the Family Business at the University of Pisa, where he was scientific director of the master "Management for Family Business”.

He has served and serves, as consultant, entrepreneurial families, private investment companies, industrial companies and public institutions.
